Refund policy

Due to the highly customized orders and digital downloads we provide, we do not offer a return program.  However, we do guarantee you'll be satisfied with your order or we will refund your money.    

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us at julie@juliediditstudios.com.  We'll work with you to either resolve the issue or we will issue a refund if we are unable to provide a replacement or make you whole.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not issue refunds for files not accessed or downloaded from the monthly SVG subscription lounge.  Files provided through your membership in the SVG Subscription Lounge will be available for 1 year after the month they were released.  You will have access to download them for that full year, even if you cancel your membership.
